3. Paper Submission
The Organizing Committee welcomes all experts and scholars home and abroad to submit papers and the selected papers will be published. Papers must be submitted in English. Please submit your paper through internet, either on-line or by email. The deadline of submission is December 15, 2008.

4. Visa
You may need to apply to Chinese embassy in your country for visa to travel to China. You can entrust a travel agency or go to Chinese embassy yourself to apply for the visa. If you need the invitation from the organizing committee, please e-mail or fax the secretariat of the congress (CTS International Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd.), info@worldsalt2009.com , +86 10 6461 2667, and give us the information of your name, gender, title, organization, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, passport No.  and flight information. And the secretariat will send the invitation to you very soon.

5. Insurance
You are supposed to purchase personal accident insurance and travel insurance before you come to Beijing.

6. Hotel
The Official Hotel of the Conference will be decided soon.

7. Room Rates

Important: The Local Currency is RMB. But all the payment should be made by US Dollar. The exchange rates are decided depending on exchange rate of that day issued by the Bank of China; please log onto http://www.boc.cn/en/common/service.jsp?category=ROOT%3Een%3EInformation+Center%3EMarket+Information%3EBOC+EXCHANGE+RATE. Cash Buying Rate is the one we apply.

8. Method of Payment
The Registration Form, Hotel Form and tours request should be returned to the Secretariat. All payments for registration, rooms, local sightseeing and post tour must be made in U.S. Dollars. Sorry no personal checks will be accepted. Please always mention your name and "worldsalt2009" with every payment. The following methods of payment are acceptable (But bank transfer is highly recommended):

2) Credit card payment

• Please inform Secretariat of your card number, card holder name and expiry date.
• We only take Visa and MasterCard.

Note: You are supposed to pay after receiving the invoice. And the Secretariat encourages you to pay your registration, room and tour fees together.

9. Cancellation and Refunds
 Notification for cancellation should be sent in writing (fax or email) to the 3rd ACPN Secretariat. The congress fees will be refunded after the congress according to the following rules:

10. Working Language of the Congress
The official language of the congress is English and all the papers, speeches, posters are in English. And for your convenience, on the opening ceremony Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation service will be available.

11. Transportation
The congress will arrange shuttle buses to pick you up and send you off (but only on October 22 and 25). Altogether, there are three lines: Beijing International Airport—China National Convention Center, Beijing West train station—China National Convention center and Beijing train station—China National Convention Center.

15. Meals
The Organizing Committee will invite all the delegates to the welcome reception on Sep.4, 2009 and the farewell dinner on Sep.6, 2009. There will be buffet lunches on Sep 5, 6, 7 and a buffet dinner on Sep 5 for full delegates. Apart from these, other meals will be at your own expenses.

16.  Moslem Meals
The Organizing Committee will arrange Moslem meals for Moslem delegates; also, there will be a welcome reception on Sep.4, 2009 and a farewell dinner on Sep.6, 2009, and the lunch on Sep 5, 6, 7 and the dinner on Sep 5 for Moslem full delegate will in form of buffet. Apart from these, other meals will be on the delegates themselves.

17.  Weather
Beijing is subject to continental monsoon climate, and it enjoys distinct four seasons without much rain. During the conference the temperature in September will be 20 °C to 30°C in daytime.

18.  Currency
The local currency is the Chinese Renminbi (RMB￥). The Chinese RMB is pegged to the US dollar at a rate of US$1=RMB￥7.1. The exchange rates are decided depending on exchange rate of that day issued by the Bank of China. Currency and travelers’ checks can be converted to RMB in the hotels. Credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted in the hotel.

21.  Tour Activities
